Role Zignal is seeking a creative and savvy digital marketing manager. This is a newly created role to support the continued growth of Zignals market-leading media analytics platform. You will be responsible for developing the digital strategy, determining the optimal marketing mix, executing programs, and measuring the efficacy and efficiency of campaigns. As a digital ninja, you will help Zignal expand its brand reach, bolster product awareness, and fuel top-of-the-funnel pipeline. The ideal candidate will leverage strategic, creative, and operational resources (internal and external), and develop and identify all the resources needed to execute. Responsibilities Analyze customer data, segmentation and inbound/outbound campaign effectiveness Develop recommendations to optimize Zignals end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Develop integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels including email, organic/web, paid social, PPC, SEM, and display Create, manage and own monthly newsletters and weekly email campaigns Coordinate with content and product marketing teams to prioritize assets, drive growth and ensure digital campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals Maintain our social media presence Measure and analyze website effectiveness, including search traffic, conversion rates, SEO and optimization of web content Manage the Pardot system and maintain the integrity of lead tagging and campaign attribution Maintain the data integrity, campaign attribution and Pardot synching with Salesforce Plan, implement, and measure A/B and conversion testing Manage and optimize a dedicated digital marketing budget Generate monthly and quarterly reports reviewing the progress of digital marketing campaigns and key performance metrics Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Requirements BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field Minimum of 5-years of proven working experience in digital marketing (B2B SaaS environment or related agency experience preferred) Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience with marketing automation systems, customer segmentation and personalization strategies Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress Experience with LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Adwords and Google Analytics Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with very strong understanding of web analytics, marketing analytics and ROI attribution.
