for driving innovation on key ads delivery products. The team
scopes the future generation of targeting capability and provides a
better ads experience for both users and ads advertisers standing
point.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Product
Marketing Managers across our Ads Core product globally- Build the
communication bridge between in-market and global teams, and lead
cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch with
Sales leadership, Product Management, Marketing Science etc-
Develop and support a team through setting priorities, unblocking
issues, continual feedback and career development- Define and
execute the short term and long term product strategy for TikTok
advertising solution globally, including product positioning, value
propositions, areas of growth and future investment potential for
market- Develop and execute market programs, initiatives and sales
enablement activities to increase adoption of key products and
solutions- Analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities,
in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product
strategy and roadmaps- Willing to roll up sleeves and be willing to
step in and guide the market teams where needed. Qualifications
Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising or
relevant experience with a strong focus on performance/direct
response marketing and app marketing with experience positioning
product and building product strategy in market.- Good
understanding of global advertising and business landscape- Team
management experience is a must. Candidate has experience leading a
team as a people manager with strong leadership skills. Managing
globally dispersed teams is a plus.- Ability to motivate team and
drive outcomes, unblocking issues where needed- Track record of
influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating closely across
teams- Ability to set priorities, problem solving, and multi-task-
Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous,
environment- A commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability
to use data in storytelling- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills- Bachelor's degree or aboveByteDance is

for this position in the selected city is $171600 - $351080
annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a
number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills,
competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of
the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize
employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for
additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock
