We are seeking an innovative, seasoned and analytical B2B marketing manager who will design and activate full-funnel paid digital marketing strategies to further scale Vectra's rapidly growing global business. This performance marketing leader will develop and execute highly targeted multi-channel (social, search, programmatic, email, blog, influencer, and affiliate) programs - aligned with business and campaign goals to consistently acquire new, high quality leads at increasingly improving CACs
Responsibilities include:

  • Partner closely with Campaign Managers, Web & SEO, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Marketing Ops to align on Campaign objectives, ICP and buyer journey, best message/content offer/next step per stage, landing pages & web journey, and lead management.
  • Develop and execute paid search and media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Conduct ad copy creation and landing page creation in collaboration with the Web team
  • Build out ad media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive maximum ROI - consistently improving results and over time and driving marketing spend efficiency.
  • Establish KPIs and targets across the full funnel (visits, conversion, pipeline, CAC, LTV)
  • Brief, evaluate, and manage agencies and media partners where needed to drive digital program innovation
  • Present actionable insights and optimization plans into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in B2B paid media marketing.


    • Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
    • 5+ years of paid media marketing experience with proven success driving pipeline from Search Engine Marketing, social, influencer and programmatic marketing.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with an eye for detail and design
    • Hands-on experience with campaign management tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Hubspot and other paid media platforms.
    • Experience overseeing and managing the paid media budget
    • Ability to building actionable analysis across segments based upon performance and operational metrics.
    • Deep understanding of the adtech landscape, vendors, and data providers
    • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

      Vectra Total Rewards

      Our competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the following range: Base Pay USD 92,700 - 179,100. Actual pay for this position may vary based on the hired candidate's location, experience and relevant incumbent pay position.

      Employees receive flexible paid time off (PTO), which does not accrue and fourteen paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Should sick leave exceed 7 consecutive days, employees are eligible to receive up to 100% of their base pay for the first 10 weeks of qualified sick leave/disability.
