At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.Cadence's Digital Implementation & Signoff Product Marketing team is hiring for a Product Marketing Manager focused on product/strategy definition and execution for Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software. -The position will have responsibility for delivering the business for its digital test solution, Modus, and working with the broader digital full flow products and strategy.The job responsibilities include product management for DFT/ATPG/Diagnostics; product and platform strategies, customer design wins, end customer usage models, competitive assessments, engineering influence, product positioning, and public disclosure for these products and -solutions. - -Additional -responsibilities include: -working -with -the field and engineering teams in an in-bound product management role; presenting to customers, developing collateral (presentations, datasheets, white-papers, articles, -videos), representing Cadence at trade shows and -conferences. - -Adeptly -working in a matrix team across various product teams will be crucial to successfully completing these responsibilities. Also, the candidate for this role will need to possess strategic thinking, technical acumen, and strong communication skills (verbal and written).You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• 4+ years of experience in hardware or IP -design; demonstrate aptitude to quickly comprehend complex hardware and software solutions
• 4+ years of experience in a product marketing organizationAdditional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of DFT, ATPG, Diagnostics methodology & tradeoffs
  • MBA (Masters in Business Administration) or MS in a technical field with solid business aptitude is desired but not a hard requirement
  • Understanding of tools & flows for digital implementation & signoff, functional verification
  • Experience with the design and verification of safety critical systems, AI/ML accelerators, hyperscale compute
  • Skill in program planning and management, business development
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams of internal and external partners and customers
  • Ability to synthesize unstructured data and present recommendations successfully to senior management
  • Ability to translate customer and industry requirements and trends into product roadmaps, solutions, and business growthThe annual salary range for California is $105,000 to $195,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
