Job Description:

Your tasks:

o Ownership of an IoT Segment within Wireless Connectivity Solutions Product Line with responsibilities to lead and grow the business worldwide

o Manage a product marketing team and facilitate their ability to drive revenue growth

o Develop and Implement a winning strategy within IoT Sub-Segments

o Establish Sales Design Win Targets, manage Top Down and Bottoms up revenue forecasting (TAM, SAM, Market Share and ROI analysis)

o Collaborate with Global Sales teams to implement a winning strategy and create material that drives global sales growth (Competitive collateral, presentations, training material, etc..)

o Work closely with the Product Management team to help drive product definition required to deliver on the strategy within each sub-segment

o Ability to establish customer relationships and present relevant product information at all levels within the customer organization

o Able to convert highly technical value propositions into a compelling customer story

Your profile:

o Technical or Business Master degree

o 15+ years relevant job experience

o Knowledge of Wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, BT, 802.15.4)

o Experience in growing global revenue

o Ability to effectively manage people

o Hands-on mentality to drive topics pro-actively

o Excellent communication & presentation skills on tactical as well as executive level (internally & externally)

o Strong analytical skills and winning mentality

o Hands-on & pragmatic style

o Willingness to travel

o Proficient in English
