The largest of which is the Cisco Networking Academy program and is designed to provide free educational resources that empower people everywhere with career possibilities. Responsibilities include: * Run the marketing tech stack for Cisco's CSR organization by leading the administration and management of API integrations, lead routing, customer database, and optimizations across functionalities* Be the resident Marketo specialist and administrator, handling across users and campaigns, etc.* Work daily in Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Smartsheet to ensure consistent tracking, routing, and improvement of workflows* Provide leadership and knowledge of standard methodologies and processes for marketing automation and actively drive, coordinate, and participate in improvements across all marketing technology, programs, processes* Be responsible for the lead enrichment strategy for improving the quality of the database (prospect and customer) to enable effective segmentation and targeting* Ensure required data is collected at key engagement stages and accurate multi-touch attribution is reported* Provide strategic campaign mentorship to internal teams and customers* Support the optimization of lead scoring to increase funnel efficiencies and conversion rates* Work with the team to build marketing analytics dashboards and reporting for insights and that allows us to make recommendations on areas for optimization and improve performance benchmarks* Provide leadership in defining, mapping, simplifying, and documenting key marketing processes* Troubleshoot workflows, data issues, and other key marketing ops functionsWho You Are:* 2-5+ years of experience working in marketing automation, with Marketo Expert Certification or equivalent* Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, working with global field and multi-functional partners* Adept user of Salesforce, especially related to lead scoring and Marketo integration, familiarity with automation rules and triggers a plus* Strong analytical skills and proficient user of Excel or other data analysis tools* Tech-savvy with a natural curiosity for technology, how it's evolving, and how it can be used to make our team as efficient as possible, with an ability to lead projects and change across development, IT, and data teams* You've got hustle, a fast learner who is eager, inventive, and constantly putting your problem-solving skills to the test* Excited to be part of an upbeat and hardworking team passionate about work that's helping people around the world.Location & Language:Open to locations in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, preferably on the west coast and near a Cisco office, with the opportunity to work from home with a suitable set-up.
