This role requires a traditional media marketer with experience and passion for offline media including strategy, planning, production, media planning, campaign delivery, media management, and reporting.--If that isn't a mouthful, this role is also responsible for helping us target specific customer segments.--Think you've got what it takes, well, here's some more to consider:You will need a firm understanding of the process around asset development, building a content strategy that aligns with business objectives, and aligning cross-functional teams around unified goals.--Top candidates will have a demonstrated track record of success in KPI driven content and management & content marketingThe ResponsibilitiesLead customer acquisition and media planning for our offline media channels (including television, print, radio, outdoor and direct mail)Develop marketing plans and forecasts including KPI metrics such as reach, spend, ROAS, awareness, and acquisitionWork with our internal creative team and external agencies to produce advertising for offline channelsManage day-to-day relationships with external agency partners to identify and secure inventory that has exceptional value for reaching our consumer targetMaintain knowledge of new and emerging media and technologies to continually enhance campaign executionManage the execution of marketing campaigns in partnership with internal creative, sales, call center, online, and PR teamsMonitor buys in progress, arrange for make-goods and credits, and be responsible for the post-buy results of all buys--Build and grow the Direct Mail channel including the development of mail strategies (e.g. segmentation strategies, test designs, envelope treatments, etc.)Own direct mail channel metrics and KPI's.Design media test plans, track performance and evaluate results by making recommendations for developing new strategies or modifying existing onesThe Qualifications?BA degree in Marketing or related field: MBA is a plusMust have media planning, buying, and media optimization experience--Agency experience is preferred10+ years of hands-on experience developing and executing media campaigns for a direct to consumer brandThe ideal individual for this role has extensive experience in both the art and science of marketing - equal parts strategic, creative, and operational, and can work in a highly collaborative environment to produce data-driven results--A Can-Do attitudeEargo is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce.--All employment is decided upon the basis of qualification, merit, and business need.--All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, or disability status.
