Job Description:

Looking for a self-motivated Administrative Assistant with ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information. In this position you will be working closely with the executive management team and manage priorities including telephone coverage, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and handling business travel. You will be required to welcome visitors and customers. Requirements: -Attention to detail to coordinate heavy scheduling and calendar management -Polished, professional and well-developed communication skills -Ability to track multiple projects and deal with interruptions -Discretion and excellent judgment in regards to confidential information -Ability to arrange travel, including booking hotels and planning point-to-point transportation. -Team player with a proactive, results-oriented approach -At least 5 years of administrative experience -Miscellaneous support ? including, but not limited to preparation of copies, ordering of supplies and maintaining supply inventory, handling faxes, maintaining orderly, fully functioning work area for executives and their staff - Computer skills: -Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel -Gmail and Microsoft Outlook proficient We are an equal employment opportunity employer and will consider all qualified candidates without regard to disability or protected veteran status.
