Summary

• 
  
• Administrative responsibilities, enter or process incoming complaints received from internal and external sources as appropriate.
  
• Prepare complaint files for processing by other departments or groups in accordance with established work instructions.
  
• Prepare routine MQ WIP and PAE WIP as appropriate. Generate customer correspondence for complaint files.
  
• Interface with the customer to inquiry on product return and/or obtain additional information on complaint.
  
  Qualification -
  
  
  • 
    
  • High School Degree or Equivalent, BA/BS preferred
    
  • Intermediate; experience in life sciences or high tech industry preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
    
  • Excellent attention to detail. Able to work in a fast pace environment
