life's best work.(sm) The Senior Administrative Assistant will
support the Government Programs Pharmacy Leadership Team, which
includes executives at the SLT level and below in a fast-paced
working environment. This position will also have BSL (Business
Segment Liaison) responsibilities including - new hire
onboarding/offboarding, equipment ordering and set-up, software
purchases, office supply ordering. This is a hybrid role and open
to telecommuters. If you are located near Minnetonka, MN, you will
have the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, commuting to the
office 2-3 days per week and working from home to maximize on-site
team collaboration. Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone
- Drafting communications and program documents
- Maintaining calendars and setting up and coordinating logistics
for meetings
- Making travel arrangements
- Copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking
expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance
- Other projects and duties as assigned - You'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in an administrative office role
supporting company leaders (i.e., executive administrator,
administrative assistant, office manager, office assistant or other
related position)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including:
- Microsoft Excel (creating and managing employee lists, managing
simple hierarchies, schedules and budgets)
- Microsoft Word (creating, editing and formatting documents,
creating flyers)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (creating and editing slides)
- Microsoft Outlook (sending and managing email, creating
calendar invites and managing site director's calendar)
- Microsoft Teams (setting up virtual meetings using Microsoft
Teams, using Teams to send chat messages and using Teams channels
to post updates for our staff)
- Ability to travel and/or host on-site visits (10% of the
time)
- Access to install secure high-speed internet (minimum speed 5
download mps and 1 upload mps) via cable/DSL in home
- Designated quiet workspace in your home (separated from
non-workspace areas) and has the ability to be secured to maintain
Protected Health Information (PHI) and/or Protected
Information
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
