Job Description:

Daily management of a construction/HVAC office position. - Minimum 2+ yrs. QuickBooks, Bookkeeping and Accounting experience. - Knowledge of accounting principles, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, processing checks through QuickBooks. - Excellent Customer Service skills and efficiency in writing and speaking to customers. Ability to work independently, multitask and pays attention to detail. - Ability to work with minimal supervision, reliable, trustworthy and responsible. Works one on one with the owner, sending invoices, estimates, scheduling and sub-contractor interaction. - A good deal of email correspondence, incoming and outgoing. - Experience supporting the Construction industry is preferred but not a must. - -
Our office is a small casual 1 person contractors office. - Hybrid position will involve flexibility in working in the office and remotely Monday - Friday 8:00 - 2:30.
