About the Role
The finance organisation at ARM is evolving into a more outbound, consultative and partnering organization. Along the way, we have crafted a new, exciting role in our team of a Finance Business PartnerYou will be a dedicated partner in ISG. ISG is one of the two operating businesses of Arm, focused on delivering IoT services providing connectivity, device management, and data management. The business has recently seen significant investment through a number of acquisitions and presents an exciting opportunity for a self-directed business partner with experience in a fast moving SaaS environment.Your mission will be to improve the level of financial strength and financial inputs to the decision-making of General Managers and leaders in your partner organizations.Your future will be leadership in the finance organization, as you gain expertise in all of the verticals in our field.What will I be accountable for?You will partner with General Managers and Operations Leaders of your business areas to understand current and to-be models for financial management and performance.You will also provide Financial Planning and Analysis, P&L management guidance, short term risk mitigation and long-term planning support and related services to assigned groups and functions.
What skills, experience, and qualifications do I need?In this role it will be critical that you have demonstrable experience in roles in public accounting and/or corporate finance.You will likely have come through Big 4 / 6 public accounting, then have experience in corporate finance. Successful experience with as-is and to-be commercial business models will form part of your previous experience.You will hold a degree in accounting or finance and be value-focused. You can translate financial acumen into business insight, quickly, on-demand. You are P&L literate, with a significant depth of financial background, including capital management and revenue models.Some experience in a related role, partnering with business divisions; from sales to engineering, to help build financial stability in a business, is very helpful.Attitude / Application:Enthusiastic, dedicated approach to business partnering - looking to contribute at every opportunity
