We are looking for ambitious, gritty, and fast learners excited to tackle the market and evolve into growth leaders at our company. You'll have a unique opportunity to significantly impact our growth strategy and eventually grow to lead and manage your teams. What You'll Do:

• Develop a book of high-potential engaged prospects and maintain a sufficient pipeline to support successful attainment against quota.
• Work closely with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and how our AI solutions can meet them.
• Maintain active engagement with key industry players and stakeholders through innovative outreach and networking.
• Strategize and execute sales plans effectively through cold outbound engagement (call, LinkedIn, email), using AI tools and platforms to track progress and results.
• Rapid promotion paths, given our early-stage growth, provide the opportunity to significantly impact our growth strategy and fast-track to AE within 3 quarters. What We're Looking For:
  • Previous 1-2 years of sales experience as a hustler and a top performer.
  • Experience in banking, consulting, or athlete background is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, intelligence, and quick-thinking ability in dynamic situations.
  • Highly motivated and mission-driven with a passion for challenging goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and engaging storytelling.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to empathize and view situations from other perspectives.
