• BonusJob DetailsResponsibilities:
  • Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Conduct inventory evaluations and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and costs.
  • Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
    • Knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
