Job Description
Our globally-integrated solutions support global workforce
mobility, including immigration, tax, managed services, and digital
solutions. As a trusted advisor of compliance, consulting and
technology services to multinational corporations, we solve
complex, cross-border workforce mobility challenges to ensure our
clients and their employees have a consistent and compliant global
mobility experience.
As a Project Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem
solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to
execution. Responsibilities for this management level include but
are not limited to:
- Participate in new projects and project pursuits and can plan
out the project in Asana, Salesforce and in other popular PM
tools
- Establish project communication plans with project team members
and external stakeholders and ensure their execution
- Manage multiple projects with different teams and can update
project trackers to provide real-time status updates to internal
and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are reached
by coordinating with the engagement team
- Coordinate change requests and communications to client
stakeholders about impacts to schedules and budgets
- Conduct project evaluations and reporting on successful and
unsuccessful project elements
- Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables
- Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition
period
- Develop new skills outside of your comfort zone
- Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working
effectively
- Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to
take ownership of their personal development
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of
meaningful recommendations
- Use multiple sources of information including broader
stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
- Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet
Vialto/client's expectations
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support
decision-making
- Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they
impact clients
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create
positive outcomes for all parties
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key
points Qualifications
Minimum Degree Required:
A bachelor's degree; master's degree in a related field
(preferred)
Required Fields of Study:
Additional Educational Requirements:
Other business related fields may be considered (such as, Business
Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, International
Business, Management, Quantitative Finance).
Minimum Years of Experience:
3-5 year(s)
Certification(s) Required: Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification and / or Six Sigma Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them
through to completion
- Strong understanding of formal project management
methodologies
- Ability to lead projects and use PM methodologies and tools
such as Asana, Salesforce, Monday, Agile and, or other popular PM
tools
- Experience as a Finance project manager, IT project manager
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams to
create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage
improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing
timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
- Preferred familiarity with a CRM system
- Demonstrates knowledge of automation & digitization in a
professional services environment including but not limited to:
- innovating through new and existing technologies, along with
experimenting with digitization solutions;
- working with large, complex data sets to build models and
leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to
clients;
- utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize
engagements.
- Knowledge of alternative fee arrangements, including the use of
pricing tools, to provide a point of view on pricing
strategies.
