Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Epic EMR DB support
  
• Storage array configuration and support
  
• vSphere ESX - configuration and support
  
• Assists in the development of long term and short-term plans systems maintenance
  
• Monitor system changes, performance, and capacity management
  
• Works with the other IT departments to ensure that the system infrastructure is a joint effort of design
  
• Manages both large- and small-scale systems that may include data center and disaster recovery facilities
  
• Maintain administrative documentation necessary to maintain the infrastructure
  
• Ensure that all systems are reliable and available for the organization's business requirements
  
• Develop and maintain system procedures
  
• Prepares special reports as directed by management
  
• Complies with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
  
• Enhances professional growth and development through educational programs, seminars, etc.
  
• Attends a variety of meetings, conferences, and seminars as required or directed
  
• Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed

    Required Qualifications:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of Systems Engineering
      
    • Experience with Epic Cache or other database experience (Mysql, SQL, Oracle)
