Job Description:
This senior-level leadership position is responsible throughout the
project lifecycle, from pre-sales to consulting delivery, working
closely with the Project Manager, Sales and Technical Support to
ensure Client satisfaction. The Senior Consultant will have
technical and business process knowledge necessary to guide
regional Clients through the analysis, design, implementation and
integration of one or more products. The Senior Consultant knows
and applies the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of
a particular field, and has mastered the key responsibilities.
Assignments can be broad in nature and the Senior Consultant may
serve as a resource to others to resolve complex problems and
issues. In addition, the Senior Consultant will be responsible for
ongoing mentoring within the consulting team and must be an
available resource for peer support. This Senior Consultant will be
a technical architect in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and/or Cloud
Access Security Broker (CASB) technologies. The work location will
be remote or at a client facility with possible travel onsite. The
successful candidate will be part of a team of Information
Protection Consultants that provide assessment, design and
implementation services as well as operational residency services
for any of Broadcom Software's customers.

Business travel of up to 50 percent or more yearly is possible for
this position, but candidate must be able to successfully function
with 100 percent remote work as needed to meet company and Client
requirements.

Education, Training & Certifications
Work Experience
Typically, eight (8) or more years of IT-related work experience is
required for this position, with 4+ years of experience
administering, supporting or consulting on DLP or CASB in an
enterprise customer environment. Must have experience across
Systems Engineering (Windows and UNIX), Databases (MS SQL Server,
Oracle) and Operations, exposure to a variety of organizational
sizes, and general knowledge of the roles and objectives of IT
Audit, Compliance and Security.

Additional Job Description:
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200.00 -
$178,000.00.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in
accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance
with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
