Job Description:



Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Tax Analyst to join our collaborative team. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Tax Operations and will interact with other key members of the finance team. This position will be involved in all aspects of the global tax provision and domestic income tax filings, and will play a critical role within the Tax Department.



Duties and Responsibilities:



* Prepare and/or assist with various tax calculations to support the preparation of the quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision

* Gather data required to prepare federal and state income tax returns

* Assist in tax account reconciliations as part of financial statement month-end and quarter-end close process

* Assist with tax research of Sanmina's operations in various jurisdictions and analyze information to produce useful data

* Assist with federal, state and local tax audits

* Assist with ad hoc tax related projects as necessary



Job Requirements:



* Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Taxation

* CPA and/or MST a plus but not required

* 0-5 years related experience
