? Recruit Information Technology and Engineering Professionals for
contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
? Assist with mentoring/leading a small team of recruiters (Setting
priorities & mentoring junior members of the team)Utilize effective
time management techniques to source and recruit on multiple
? Find qualified candidates from various sources including
LinkedIn, User Groups, Networking, Referrals, Social Networking,
job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.), and other creative
? Create compelling job ads for attracting top talent.
? Post job ads online.
? Source, qualify, and close potential candidates.
? Proactively identify new business leads from candidate
? Build pipeline of qualified candidates.
? Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system.
? Perform Candidate Reference Checks.
? Minimum 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
? Strong Boolean search skills.
? Experience recruiting for both contract & direct-hire
? Successful track record of recruiting for software-related,
hardware-related, and information technology positions.
? Innate ability to prioritize Highest ROI & "Closest to the Money"
? Prior experience leading & mentoring a team of recruiters
? Excellent time management skills.
? Excellent negotiation & closing skills.
? Excellent Communication skills both verbal & written.
? Advanced sourcing certification (AIRS/MARS)
