We are looking for--Senior Treasury Manager to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. Bloom Energy is looking for a highly analytical and growth seeking individual that could bring deep treasury subject matter expertise to join our Treasury Team as a Senior Treasury Manager. Reporting to the Corporate Treasurer, this is a key role that would assist with all functions of Treasury including cash management, cash forecasting, investments, foreign exchange and risk management including insurance, capital market, debt management, credit review etc., with near-term focus to build out a best-in-class Treasury organization and to set up processes that would enable scaling up of the organization to support Bloom's growth into new markets domestically and internationally. In this role, you will be driving innovation and best practices, develop partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally to support various business initiatives.

Location:--This position will be based in San Jose, CA

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's cash forecast and balance sheet modeling
• Manage cash management and cash positioning process
• Maintain banking relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
• Provide treasury expertise in new market entry strategy including international cash management, foreign exchange exposure analysis and hedging strategy
• Management of Investments strategy and process based on working capital and liquidity needs
• Assist with negotiation and set up of standby letters of credit
• Assist with the execution of company financing agreements including deal execution, debt maintenance as well as covenant compliance
• Partner with cross functional teams to support evolving business needs and build scalable processes to support the growing needs
• Implement global Treasury processes, policies and procedures to enhance compliance under control environment
• Monitor policies and procedures, SOX compliance and controls and ensure that all accounting, financial reporting, audit and SOX deliverables are met on time Skills, Qualification, Educations and Experiences:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of investments, banking, corporate finance and financial instruments
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Self-starter with a desire to quickly learn and excel; willing and able to start, oversee and complete projects with minimal supervision
  • Continuous improvement mindset, excellent communication and effective collaboration skills across all levels
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships quickly and successfully navigate the business
  • Energy, power and/or alternative energy industry experience is a plus
