We deliver industry best practices and focus on the physical and mental well-being of the workforce.From sales to operations, we prioritize customer satisfaction, compliance, secure technology, and cost-containment to build and retain long-term partnerships with our clients.We're actively looking for a Part-time Paramedic to join our team for medical oversight on a project in Santa Clara, CA.Key responsibilities:Running the on-site clinic and providing emergency care, wellness support, safety assistance, and customer service to the construction project team.Collaborating closely with safety, risk management, and workers' compensation programs.Offering occupational medical care, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and helping reduce risks for workers.Managing healthcare services, supporting on-site health and wellness initiatives, monitoring treatment plans, and handling case management.Providing follow-up care and maintaining proper patient records in our system.Working in coordination with medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, and client staff.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of Paramedic experience.Active CA State Paramedic license.Current BLS certification.Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.Flexibility with work schedule.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in occupational health.Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.Prior experience in emergency medicine (ambulance or ER).Managerial experience.OSHA 30 training.ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS certificationCompensation: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour plus **Sign-on Bonus**Schedule: Offer coverage for shift gaps, call-offs, and vacation time (Mon-Fri 5:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays)Location: Santa Clara, CASchedule:10-hour shift12-hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededAbility to commute/relocate:Santa Clara, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $38.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:Employee assistance programPaid trainingSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededWork Location: In person#0NPby Jobble
